Privacy Policy for Build and Breach
Last Updated: April 14, 2026
Sentari VR Systems ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our application, Build and Breach ("the
App"), on Meta Quest devices.
Summary: Build and Breach is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data required
for core functionality. We do not transmit your personal data, camera feeds, or room mapping data to external servers.
All gameplay data is stored locally on your device.
1. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the core gameplay and training experience.
A. Meta Platform Data
The App requests the following Meta Platform permissions:
- User ID: Used locally for spatial anchor persistence. Spatial anchors allow your custom
room layouts to remain anchored in your physical space across sessions. Your User ID is processed on-device and is not
transmitted to our servers.
- User Profile: Used to identify the local user for spatial anchor ownership. Profile data
is not stored, shared, or transmitted externally.
We do not use Meta Avatars, Invites, or any social features that transmit data to third parties.
B. Gameplay and Performance Data
The App generates performance metrics to facilitate After Action Reviews (AAR). This data is stored locally on
your headset and includes:
- Timeline of events (e.g., start time, completion time).
- Score metrics (e.g., targets engaged, accuracy, time to clear).
- In-game decisions and interactions.
This data does not leave your device unless you manually export or share it.
C. Spatial and Camera Data (Mixed Reality)
Build and Breach utilizes the Meta Quest Passthrough API and Scene API to provide a Mixed Reality experience.
Regarding this data:
- Camera Images: The App accesses the camera feed solely to render the Mixed Reality
environment in real-time. We do not capture, record, store, or transmit raw camera images.
- Spatial Anchors & Scene Data: The App uses spatial data (walls, furniture positions) to
interact with your physical environment. This processing happens entirely on-device using the Meta XR Runtime. Spatial
anchors are stored locally by the Meta Quest system to persist room layouts between sessions. We do not store a map of
your physical space on external servers.
D. Microphone Data
The App may request microphone access for future multiplayer voice communication features. We do not record,
store, or transmit audio data.
2. How We Use Data
We use the data described above strictly for:
- Core Functionality: Enabling gameplay, physics interactions, spatial anchor persistence,
and generating your local performance score.
- Training Feedback: Displaying your engagement statistics and scenario results in the
post-action review.
- Spatial Persistence: Saving and loading your custom room layouts so they remain in place
across sessions using on-device spatial anchors.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or process Meta Avatar data.
- We do not use Meta Invite or social features.
- We do not capture, store, or transmit camera images or video.
- We do not record or store audio from your microphone.
- We do not operate backend servers that collect personal usage data.
- We do not share any data with third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: All user-generated data (performance logs, spatial anchors, and save files) is
stored locally on your headset's internal storage.
No Cloud Transmission: We do not operate a backend server that collects your personal usage
data, creating a secure "offline-first" environment.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not share your personal data with third parties. The App runs on the Meta Quest platform, which collects
its own telemetry and usage data governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
6. Children's Privacy
Build and Breach is a tactical training simulator not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Since data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information:
- Access: You can view your performance logs directly within the App's AAR interface.
- Deletion: You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your Meta Quest library
or clearing the App's storage via the Quest Settings menu. This removes all locally stored performance data and
spatial anchors.
- Data Deletion Requests: You may also request deletion of any data associated with your
account by contacting us at contact@sentarivr.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy
Policy on this page.
