Daniel Hansen, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist with advanced training in trauma, critical care, and simulation-based medical education. He completed his residency at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, where he developed a strong foundation in high-acuity medicine and multidisciplinary team training.
Dr. Hansen brings extensive experience in operating room emergencies, intensive care medicine, and trauma care, including trainings with US Special Forces medical operations. He has led and contributed to numerous simulation-based emergency training programs designed to improve real-time clinical decision-making, interprofessional communication, and procedural performance under pressure.
As Co-Founder and CSO of Sentari VR Systems, Dr. Hansen is passionate about transforming the way professionals prepare for critical events. He leads the development of high-fidelity mixed-reality modules that merge cutting-edge technology with evidence-based protocols—bringing immersive, realistic training directly to the front lines of patient care.
